How to Book

Booking a class is easy. You can book via any of the following;

How to pay

Payment for individual or group sessions is by Bank Transfer or Card Reader. You can pay for each session or book a group of sessions.


Rates and prices can vary at any time at the discretion of Tracey Murphy. Where this is deemed necessary you will be informed with sufficient notice.

Terms & Conditions

Please note:

1-1 personal training packages must be used within 3 months. Pilates block bookings must be used within 2 months.

If you need to cancel your session with me, please notify me by email or phone/text me.  Please be advised that cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of the full price of the session.  

Pre-session Requirements

You will be required to complete a health form and a telephone chat prior to participating in any sessions. We can discuss your requirements and what you need for your class or session with me.

Virtual Classes via Zoom

To participate in a Zoom class, all you need is access to the Zoom App (either on a mobile device, tablet, or laptop with inbuilt camera). Please provide me with a contact mobile number and email address so the Zoom session link can be sent to you to log into the session.
