I offer both one to one personal training and group sessions for:

Beginners Pilates
Low impact exercise aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.

Advanced Pilates
Take your Pilates training to the next level, a variety of advanced exercises that work together to create a balanced dynamic workout.

Prenatal & Antenatal Pilates
Prenatal Pilates specifically designed to accommodate the needs of the expectant mother- safely boosting physical and mental health. Antenatal Pilates will help your body regain its shape, tone and re-strengthen muscles.

1 to 1 Personal Training
A personalised program created specifically for you – to achieve your fitness goals including a fitness test and body composition analysis. 

Spring/Summer Training Sessions

I will be offering virtual classes via Zoom together with studio sessions at LMHQ personal training gym.

Why Pilates?

Pilates works the entire body and mind. It’s such an effective form of exercise that can be practiced by people of all ages and abilities.

Floor-based sessions with slow controlled movements give strengthen and tone to the whole body.
