New Autumn 2020 timetable

We have sessions to suit everyone from outdoor Bootcamps to studio based pilates, burn classes and HIIT. All of my fitness sessions are on either a one-to-one basis or as group sessions.

Boot Camp Outdoor

This class is aimed at improving all round fitness levels. It involves a combination of cardio,  high intensity interval training and strength and conditioning. It’s suitable for all abilities and is great fun. These classes run all year round in all weathers!

Pilates Studio

This is a full body low impact workout, strengthening and toning with focus on the core (power house) and increasing flexibility. Suitable for all abilities.

Burn Studio

This is a high intensity workout session blending body weight and resistance training with aerobic drills to improve overall speed, agility, balance and endurance using dumbbells and kettlebells.

HIIT Squad Studio

This High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class is a workout with shorter sessions done at a higher intensity level, that pushes you out of your comfort zone.

Booking Terms

Payment must be made at the time of booking, and in advance of the session commencing. Sometimes life gets in the way and you can’t make it to a class – that’s ok – all I ask is that you give a minimum of 24 hrs notice, and your payment will be credited towards your next booking. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client. Rates and prices can vary at any time at the discretion of Tracey Murphy. Where this is deemed necessary you will be informed with sufficient notice
